In the heart of the city, the new office for SDD & Partners by Studio ADI redefines what a contemporary workspace can be — functional yet expressive, raw yet refined. The design embraces a modern industrial aesthetic softened by earthy textures and warm tones, creating a space that balances focus, collaboration, and understated elegance.

Spanning an open-plan layout punctuated by glass partitions, the office celebrates transparency and connection — both literal and metaphorical. The studio opted for black metal-framed glass partitions to create a sense of openness while delineating private cabins, ensuring visual continuity across the floor. The rough textured olive-green walls add a tactile layer that contrasts beautifully with the smooth beige flooring and light birch wood furniture, evoking calm and balance within the workspace.
Every corner of the office was conceived with intent. The reception zone introduces the material palette — clean lines, muted tones, and a minimal composition. The workstations are strategically placed to optimize natural flow and collaboration, featuring long wooden tables paired with ergonomic chairs, while the cabins and meeting rooms carry forward the narrative of subtle sophistication with patterned walls, rich wood grains, and modern artwork that infuses creative energy into the space.
Lighting plays a key role in defining the ambiance. A mix of track and recessed lighting, coupled with the warm reflectivity of the surfaces, ensures a balanced atmosphere throughout the day. The ceiling retains an exposed industrial character, complete with visible conduits and ducts painted in muted tones — grounding the otherwise sleek interior in authenticity.
What truly sets this office apart is its material honesty. Studio ADI chose to expose rather than conceal — letting the textures, grains, and finishes narrate the story of craftsmanship and collaboration. The overall result is a workspace that transcends the corporate archetype — blending professionalism with personality, efficiency with empathy, and structure with soul.
